By offering accessible grief coaching, free grief support groups, end-of-life support services, and community education, we aim to promote healing, reduce barriers to care, and provide tools for resilience and understanding.
Our purpose is to:
- Support organizations to offer a variety of grief support to individuals and families, prioritizing those with financial need, to ensure accessibility for all.
- Support end-of-life support services that address the emotional, physical, and spiritual needs of individuals and families during life’s final transitions.
- Help foster community healing by creating safe, inclusive spaces for grief support groups that are free to participants.
- Facilitate educational programs and resources on grief, loss, and end-of-life planning to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and build resisilience across the community.
